Digital Adoption Manager

This role is a key enabler of our Digital Transformation Strategy with the purpose of driving Digital sales across the business and enabling more time for business development through the adoption of time saving Digital tools through our Sales and Branch network.

 

Training, Coaching and Influencing sales teams for technical and behavioural/mindset change:

Drives Sales teams to become technically competent and confident in using our existing and new Digital Products and services through technical training and support
Creates behavioural and mind-set change through change techniques (WIFM, Benefits e.g. time saved and customer ease)

 

Seeks to identify and understand Blockers and challenges for Continuous Improvement (technical and behavioural):

Seeks out what is getting in the way of adoption at a very local level for sales teams in Branches and the field as well as org level.
Using data and reporting tools to identify business needs and measure success of initiatives ensuring appropriate steps are taken to rectify any shortfalls.
Collaborates and escalates with relevant business experts to overcome those blockers and challenges as appropriate (not trying to own all the solutions but finding them and sending them to the right place e.g. Leadership, IT, HR etc)

 

Plays an integral part in the deployment of new digital innovations or tools launched across the business through being a change champion internally and externally

Working with key stakeholders to join customer visits to demonstrate our Digital Solutions increasing usage, digital sales and identifying external challenges as above.
Positively promote digital services both internally and externally

Subject matter expert/super user on the technologies (Web, ESKER, EDI)
 
Digital Sales across branch and areas (volume & value)
Branch & Area’s performing and achieving set budgets & objectives in relation to digital initiatives (conversion to digital sales)

This role is a FULL TIME permanent position MONDAY – FRIDAY and we offer a pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays.
