Induction and Training
All our new recruits receive a structured, focused induction. This covers Core Skills Training – such as Health & Safety, Product Knowledge, Legislation, and training on our computer systems. This is carried out with the support of the Line Manager to ensure new employees are ‘set-up to succeed’.
Further development training offered includes Sales and Customer Service Training and Management & Leadership Skills, both with support from our online Rexel Academy. Training courses from electrical equipment suppliers can also form part of employees learning.
Continuous Learning
Alongside more traditional training methods, Rexel encourages continuous learning in the form of coaching and mentoring. Based on real-life, on-the-job situations, both help foster the professional development of employees.
