Service Desk Analyst
- The Person:
As a Service Desk Analyst for Rexel, you will need:
- Experience in an operational or Service Desk role is advantageous, but not essential
- Experience with call logging applications
- Customer service orientated skills essential
- Experience of working with M3/Movex or relevant comparable experience in an IT Service Desk environment which should include 1st level support of printer hardware
- A reasonable level of general education (‘O’/GCSE or equivalent) in English and Mathematics as a minimum. In particular excellent English language skills (written and spoken) required
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Competent user of M3/Movex, Cognos, Office 365 and User Admin tools an advantage but not essential
The Service Desk Analyst role is a full time permanent position and we offer a pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays.
