Service Desk Analyst

  • The Person:
    As a Service Desk Analyst for Rexel, you will need:
     
  • Experience in an operational or Service Desk role is advantageous, but not essential
  • Experience with call logging applications
  • Customer service orientated skills essential
  • Experience of working with M3/Movex or relevant comparable experience in an IT Service Desk environment which should include 1st level support of printer hardware
  • A reasonable level of general education (‘O’/GCSE or equivalent) in English and Mathematics as a minimum.  In particular excellent English language skills (written and spoken) required
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Competent user of M3/Movex, Cognos, Office 365 and User Admin tools an advantage but not essential

The Service Desk Analyst role is a full time permanent position and we offer a pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays.
