What you can expect
Our 24-month international graduate development program is composed of:
- 2-day immersion in our Headquarters in Paris, France
- 3 rotations. Each rotation will last 8 months and will take place in a different country. During each rotation candidate will have different positions
- 3-week business immersion (one week per country). The graduate will shadow our Sales, Logistics and Digital employees
- Classes. The graduate will attend Finance classes assured by Rexel Finance experts
- Mentoring. Over the whole program, the graduate will be coached by an assigned mentor
- Support. From the beginning to the end of the program the graduate will be accompanied by our dedicated HR team.
During the program, you will learn about Rexel finance standards, develop your skills training and gain business insight. Our goal: make sure you are ready to move into a substantive role within the Group at the end of the program.

Our first international Graduate Development Program for Finance will be launched in Europe. Possible rotations will include:
- Austria, Belgium, France, Slovenia and Switzerland.
Typical positions the graduate might hold include:
- Financial Controller, Business Analyst, Auditor, Treasury Specialist and Credit Management Specialist.

How to apply
Successful candidates should:
- have recently graduated in Finance (or a related subject)
- have max. 3 years of professional experience in Finance
- speak at least 2 European languages (English is a must)
- be customer-focused and open-minded
- be able to relocate in Europe
