We are looking for a Regional Sales Leader for Gexpro Parts Super Center in Runnemede NJ!

Regional Sales Leader

Parts Super Center is seeking a Regional Sales leader for its Power Delivery and Drive & Controls Programs.  The role’s focus will be on growing sales with key Utility and Industrial customers by working with channel and end user customers.

Requirements:

  • Diverse industrial and/or Utility market experience
  • 3-5 years Sales management experience
  • Developing and maintaining customer-channel mapping
  • Large multi-location end user experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with electrical equipment
  • Able to travel within assigned territory
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate on all levels within internal and external groups
  • Team Player
  • Strong organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for growing renewal parts for Utility and Industrial customers.
  • Meet or exceed budgeted Sales and Gross Margin targets with assigned accounts.
  • Increase growth within existing channels to market for PSC electrical products.
  • Lead training and joint customer calls with local field and national Sales locations on PSC products.
  • Coordinate customer engagement with appropriate PSC product line specialists, vendors and channel partners.
  • Perform all aspects of selling to develop new customer opportunities for PSC Power Delivery product lines.
  • Ensures communication of and compliance with all company human resources and safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop, Implement and recommend marketing plans and business plans to grow sales
  • Keeps up to date and educated on market and industry trends as well as assesses the current market to determine potential for products and services, current market conditions and the effects of current and potential competitors.
