Ideally, you will have previous management experience within an electrical wholesale environment, have a fresh and innovative approach to sales and attracting new customers to keep, increase, and drive branch sales to ensure daily/weekly targets are exceeded.

- A full UK driving license
- Proven experience in commercially managing a business unit or branch within the service or supplies sector.

- A natural change champion, capable of embracing change and new technologies, and guiding your team through the transition.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across a cross-functional team to achieve target performance.
