Internal sales - Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Management: Process customer orders efficiently, manage sales inquiries, and follow up on leads to convert them into sales.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range to provide accurate information and advice to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the branch team to ensure smooth operations and achieve sales targets.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
