Join Our Team as a Branch Assistant based within our Ilford Branch!

Our Branch Assistant role offers a Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 working week, with great benefits and annual leave allowance to gain a good work life balance.

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Assist customers at the sales counter with product enquiries and orders
  • Provide expert advice on electrical products and solutions 
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Help maintain stock levels and keep the branch tidy and organised
  • Support the team with day-to-day branch operations

 

What We’re Looking For:

 

  • Previous retail experience, ideally in a customer-facing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of electrical products is a plus but not essential
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
