Part-Time Receptionist (Job Share) – Eagle Court, Sheldon, Birmingham
Are you an organised, friendly, and professional individual looking for a part-time receptionist role? Join our team at our recently refurbished Eagle Court offices and become the welcoming face of our office!
Role Details:
- Part-time job share position
- Working days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Flexibility required to cover the other job share partner’s holidays and occasional absences
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with a warm and professional approach
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Support general administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible team player
- Previous reception or customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment

With this varied role the following day to day tasks can be expected and experience in these tasks is desireable:
Administrative Support (40%):
Provide administrative support to Central Operations Team, as needed.
Manage company wide stationary, FLT, First Aid and uniform orders.
Placing orders and processing invoices on our GNFR Portal.
Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Assist with data entry and maintaining office records.
To undertake any other task required to support the business needs.
Job sharing and being flexible to cover holiday and sickness of Receptionist Administrator
