Branch Merchandising Manager
We are searching for a Branch Merchandising Manager to create & drive the implementation of industry-leading POS strategies and customer journeys that drive sales growth.

As a Branch Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for creating and delivering exceptional in-branch customer journeys and POS strategies.
You will support the Head of Merchandising in implementing innovative campaigns and solutions that drive sales, improve footfall, and enhance the customer experience.
Branch Merchandising Manager: Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement an industry-leading branch POS strategy that drives sales growth and enhances the customer journey.
- Audit, map, and maintain branches to provide easy-to-implement POS solutions.
- Develop and execute local and national brand activities, partnerships, and third-party agreements to support branch growth.
- Integrate AI tools to ensure accurate, timely communications across branches.
- Use data analysis to monitor trends, optimise merchandising outcomes, and achieve growth and churn metrics.
- Collaborate with teams to educate, adapt, and improve merchandising practices while maintaining the voice of the customer.
- Deliver merchandising solutions that increase average order value and improve basket metrics.

- Merchandising Strategy & Planning: Proven ability to develop and execute strategies that align with sales goals, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Visual Merchandising: Expertise in creating appealing displays that enhance customer experience and drive sales.
- Team Collaboration: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate branch teams, collaborate with categories, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Data Analysis: Skilled in analysing sales reports, customer behaviour, and market trends to make informed decisions and drive results.
