Application Integration Support Manager

This is a fantastic, permanent role, for an Application Integration Support Manager to join us and be part of a global business with a people first culture.
We work within a Hybrid model where you can manage your time between our offices in Eagle Court, Birmingham as well as remotely.
The Application Integration Support Manager is accountable for the effective & continuous operation and integration of critical business systems.
The role plays an integral part in system and incident management for our key business systems, vendor management, ensuring SLA’s are being met and held accountable, as well as supporting resolver groups and key stakeholders that are impacted by systems.
You will also lead project based workstreams, focused on system upgrades, optimisations and enhancements.
Partnering cross-functional teams to understand business needs, you will translate them into system requirements and manage these through to developing and delivering training programmes for users to enhance their understanding and effective use of the systems.

Skills Set for Success:
- Educated and or experienced within an Information Technology environment partnering external vendors and managing multiple relationships
- Experience within business systems support or management.
- Strong background in managing third-party vendors and service providers.
- Proficient in system integration methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholder.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A few of our key systems include M3, Consafe Astro, and Element Logic AutoStore, however, it is not essential that you have experience in working with these system
