Projects Co-Ordinator

We are looking for a Projects Co-Ordinator to support out Midlands Contract.

  • Contracted to 40 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday – shifts between 08:00 – 17:00

You will be supporting the Regional Manager by proactively coordinating customer projects within agreed timescales and KPIs, whilst ensuring a commitment to service excellence.

We are looking for you to pull upon your previous experience to be organised, customer focused and able to work in a fast paced, re-active setting to ensure that we are meeting our customers’ expectations.

Project Co-ordinator – Experience & Attributes:

  • Experience of working in a highly competitive or Target driven customer focused role (B2B, B2C, retail/hospitality)
  •  Electrical Product Knowledge is advantageous
  • A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure
  • An ability to recognise sales opportunities
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced administrative role and managing multiple deadlines and priorities whilst ensuring high levels of quality.
  • Customer service background, working in a customer led role, understanding customer service principles and a commitment to service excellence.
  • Experience of producing, analysing and monitoring reports to identify measurable outputs.
  • Strong organisation skills with an ability to demonstrate effective planning and prioritising techniques.
