Digital Adoption Manager

Rexel UK Ltd are searching for 4 x Digital Adoption Managers who will work closely with our Head of Digital to support the digital adoption and generation of sales through digital platform. This role will be responsible for driving digital Adoption for its geographical area and translating it in to a sales figure.  

 

This is a regional role, so will require travel within the North East – North East, Yorkshire & Humberside + North East Mids. As such you will receive a company car to aid you in your role.

 

The Role:
 

As a Digital Adoption Manager for Rexel, your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Deliver KPI’s and drive sales across our OMNI channel with customers within Rexel 
  • Convert our customers to digital usage, understanding barriers and helping to overcome these.  
  • Be proficient at selling Digital and Digital solutions targeting its core market, to improve the conversion rates of customer meetings to sales.  
  • To develop a close and supportive relationship with key stakeholders across Rexel area branch networks, in order to identify and secure meetings with target customers.  
  • Ensure branch and sales teams in their network onboard the customers in the right way, make sure customer onboarding is key. 
  • Liaise effectively with all key stakeholders, in order to secure meetings with customers from the core target market: Regional Sales Directors, Area Managers, Area Sales Managers, Key Account Managers, Business Managers and other branch staff. 
  • Work with Sales Executive’s, Key Account Managers to ensure an efficient and organised plan around sales meetings, customers, training
  • All inbound customer enquiries are followed up within the specified time period. 
  • Monitor performance and ensure appropriate steps are taken to rectify any shortfalls. 
  • Capture and act upon customer feedback immediately from the team 
  • Identifying Mail to EDI customers, working with branches and support them  
  • Mapping Mail to EDI documentation to the back-end system  
     

 

The Person:

As a Digital Adoption Manager for Rexel, you will need:

 

  • Strong understanding and experience of Digital 
  • Understanding of customer needs, and experience driving digital transformation and onboarding in the best way 
  • Significant sales experience 
  • Good understanding of Web, EDI 
  • Working pro-actively with key stakeholders in sales, marketing and other key internal support functions, to implement a sales and marketing strategy. 
  • Self-motivated, requiring minimum supervision and a high degree of initiative
