Customer Service Advisor

To provide a professional service to our internal and external customers placing orders through our branches and website. Dealing with all queries in a professional manner, providing help and assistance via multiple contact types whilst achieving set KPI’s.

 

The Role

As Customer Service Advisor for Rexel, your main responsibilities will be to:

 

  • To assist both on and offline customers with their queries for registration and activations, ordering and returns and provide general help and assistance
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions 
  • Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure the resolution of customer enquiries
  • To support branches with web orders
  • To undertake admin duties in support of web and branch orders in order to fulfil them on time and in full

 

The Person

As a Customer Service Advisor for Rexel, you will need:

 

  • Customer service in a high-volume fast pace environment
  • Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
  • Ideally knowledge of electrical wholesaling

 

To be a successful Customer Service Advisor at Rexel, you must have:

 

  • Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Accurate keyboard skills
  • Good problem solver
  • Relationship & Engagement building
  • A good communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to influencing

 

 

This role is a PART TIME - PERMANENT POSITION and we offer a pension, life assurance and 25 days holiday.
