Internal Sales Person

We are looking for an Internal Sales Person to join our Penrith branch (CA11):
• Contracted to 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday - shifts between 07:00 - 17:00

As an Internal Sales Person, you will provide excellent customer service to our key customers over the phone, face to face in branch or via email to drive customer loyalty.
You’ll manage a live portfolio of current customers whilst proactively targeting and developing new customers into profitable accounts. Our Internal Sales Persons will be the first point of call for key accounts clients. You will need to understand individual client requirements, build rapport & grow your client portfolio.
You may also support the wider branch team, serving on the Trade Counter and picking and packing products in our warehouse to ensure customers’ orders are completed on time.
Internal Sales Person – Experience & Attributes:
• Experience of working in a highly competitive or Target driven customer focused role (B2B, B2C, retail/hospitality)
• Electrical Product Knowledge is advantageous
• A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure
• An ability to recognise sales opportunities
