Denmans - Head of Area Sales and Operations

The Head of Area Sales and Operations is a critical role in leading and coaching Regional Sales and Branch Teams in the South region, to drive revenue growth through increased business development and decreased transactional activity. The role is accountable for ensuring sales whilst managing margin and opex to deliver the company’s profit goals.

 

To define the Area’s Mission around sales and profit and create a Strategy and Roadmap to deliver this mission, determined by internal and external market drivers.

The role is a FULL TIME PERMANENT POSITION MONDAY – FRIDAY and we offer a pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays.
