Customer Data Analyst

As a Customer Data Analyst your role is integral in supporting customer data standards, policies and measures across Rexel UK ltd to meet regulatory and company needs.

 

You will be working closely with the Customer Data Manager and other key stakeholders across the business to maintain data integrity, accurate billing, ensuring dispute resolution of invoices and customer data queries efficiently.

 

The Role:

As a Customer Data Analyst for Rexel, your main responsibilities will be to:

 

  • Supporting the delivery of the Team and Company’s aims and objectives, by way of reducing overrides and protecting margin
  • Facilitating the Customer take-on process and work within service levels and KPIs whilst adhering to reporting procedure standards
  • Being knowledgeable and executing changes on appropriate systems, ensuring the data is always kept in line and up to date.
  • Carrying out required creation, amendment and deletions of Customer master data to maintain data integrity and ensure accurate billing.  Whilst adhering to central policies and GDPR requirements
  • Implementation of Customer price increases and protection of margin
  • Creating reports and analysis via internal analytical tools within Customer data as requested
  • Administer ad-hoc reporting and data requests from colleagues and the branch network, ensuring data requests are approved in line with GDPR requirements.
  • Supporting the wider Pricing team in the planning and introduction of new system project implementations, ad hoc tasks and activities to provide quicker response and more accurate data.

 

 

The Person:

As a Customer Data Analyst for Rexel, you will need:

 

  • Previous Customer data experience essential
  • Experience of MS Office products
  • Experience in SQL query system
  • Ability to come up with new ideas and processes

 

This role is a FULL TIME - PERMANENT POSITION and we offer a pension, life assurance and 25 days holiday.
