Rexel have been providing electrical distribution services and solutions to customers across the globe since 1967

 

As part of our UK growth programme we have recently opened our distribution centre in Aylesbury. 

 

At our state of the art the distribution centre we hold over 27,000 products that we dispatch to our branches and customers on a daily basis.

 

For this role, you can expect to work on a Monday to Friday basis, with no weekend working and no bank holiday working.

As a Class 2 Driver, you will be completing up to 8 deliveries per night to Closed Branches across the Midlands, East Anglia & South of England. 

 

You will un-lock closed stores, un-load the deliveries with the aid of the tail-lift and lock the stores back up behind yourself, we value your safety so you will have a body cam & panic alarm provided.

 

In addition to this you will complete daily checks of the vehicle, ensure that records of deliveries are electronically captured and driver manifests are completed and demonstrate professional and safe driving competency at all times.

The skills that will set you up for success:

  • A Class 2 Licence with no more than 3 penalty points
  • Valid CPC Card + Digi Tachograph Card
  • Previous experience of multi-drop deliveries, ideally 6 months
  • Good team player and able to work on your initiative
  • You’ll be flexible and prepared to work additional hours as and when required to meet our service requirements
