About the role

As a key member of our Darwin Branch, this is a fast-paced environment within the Electrical industry, delivering exceptional customer service and sales support over the counter.

This role will also be supporting the stores and customer deliveries. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your career with comprehensive training and hands-on experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Delivering outstanding customer service and solutions that inspire and satisfy our customers

• Managing sales orders, quotes, and customer projects efficiently

• Building strong relationships with suppliers to maintain competitive margins

• Responding promptly to customer queries and making follow-up calls

• Assisting with store work and product delivery, enhancing your product knowledge and customer engagement

• Supporting the Stores and deliveries to customers

What we’re looking for

• Experience in Retail or Wholesale industries preferred

• Electrical product knowledge is beneficial but not essential – we provide full training!

• Must have full working rights in Australia - we are not able to sponsor

• NT Driver’s Licence is a must

• Forklift licence preferred but not essential

• Positive, motivated, and passionate about building strong customer relationships

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with the team
