About the role
We are looking for a Trade Counter Salesperson to join our flagship Welshpool branch. You'll be selling a huge range of electrical products on a busy and fast-paced showroom floor/trade counter.

A typical day will involve
- Drive sales and provide exceptional customer service in-person on a fast-paced trade counter as well as over the phone and via email.
- Manage sales orders, quotes and customer projects
- Replenishing showroom stock and actively look to mitigate stock outages
- Building strong relationships with our customers to help grow ongoing sales
- Assist in the implementation of promotional & visual merchandising initiatives
A bit about you
- You will ideally have had prior experience working on a busy trade counter, with any prior electrical experience/knowledge highly regarded
- You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field (we’ll give you all the training you need to build your knowledge base)
- Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
- Relish dealing with a vast range of trades who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia!
