This is a full-time opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our dedicated team.

A typical day will involve

  • Key hands-on role in leading the warehouse operations
  • Manage inventory, build excellent working relationships with suppliers and foster a continuous improvement culture
  • Outbound freight management, deliveries and scheduling is an important function of the role, along with staff roasters and workplace efficiencies
  • This is a hands-on role, where you’ll leading from the front – with all general warehousing duties such as loading & unloading deliveries, processing & shipping customer orders. booking in purchase orders and stocktake
  • Ensure compliance with all procedures and further enhance a strong WH&S culture.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to a vast range of trades who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia

A bit about you

  • Natural leader with previous hands-on experience in a warehouse supervisory role and a passion for operational excellence
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build strong working relationship with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Exceptional organisational skills & attention to detail 
  • Strong computer literacy with any knowledge of Pronto ERP highly regarded
  • Current Forklift license required
  • Current MR or higher licence desirable
  • Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious and have a strong desire to learn and build a career with us
